Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science (CS/IT)
- Advanced degree in Engineering/Science with minimum 7 yrs. Of experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and Leadership skills
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles and Non IT roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Individual Contributor, a Good Team player and with a Go Getter attitude
- Highly motivated & Target oriented.
- IT background, manage/motivate the team, must be energetic and must have excellent communication skill with soft skill. You must have coding background and help the team as much as you can, as well as. DevOps and Agile experienced. Client handling experience is a plus
- Ownership of deploying integration components in development environments.
- Document application requirements, technical specifications, use-cases, workflow processes.
- You will work with Application teams to elaborate both Functional and non-functional requirement.
- Mentor and develop skills of other members of the team. Collaborate with other development and integration team members to ensure Service-Oriented Architecture are implemented and maintained
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in tight deadlines.
