• Windows Server setup, IIS configuration, and app deployment

• Familiar with Linux OS and remote support tools

• Maintains desktops, scanners, printers, and project infrastructure

• Manages antivirus updates, Outlook, backups, and system security. Hardware/software maintenance and troubleshooting

• Backup, performance monitoring, and log analysis

• Training room allocation and tech support for government programs

• Coordination with Network, FMS, KSDC, and KSWAN teams

• Strong communication in Kannada and English.

Experience:

• 2+ years in Windows Server management, IIS configuration, and application deployment

• Experience in relevant key responsibilities and experience in Government sector is preferable

Education Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech/BCA from an institution recognized by the Government
