Service delivery Manager
• Oversee the performance and coordination of Operations, TPA, PMU, Helpdesk, and other associated teams.
• Establish standardized workflows and service management processes.
• Ensure compliance with government service delivery standards and policies.
• Monitor SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPls) for effective service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve service-related issues efficiently.
• Implement and promote best practices for IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, including ITIL.
• Improve user experience by streamlining support channels and enhancing cross-team communication.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Oversee procurement activities related to SDC infrastructure, software, and IT services.
• Prepare, review, and manage RFPs, RFQs, and other procurement-related documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement execution.
• Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and standards.
• Track purchase orders, contract agreements, and vendor performance.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams, procurement teams, and security teams.
• Maintain records, documentation for procurement and security compliance.
• Provide advisory support to decision-makers on procurement and cybersecurity-related matters.
Experience:
10 Years of experience.
Education Qualification:
BCA/IT or related fields, /MBA, MTech is preferred.
