• Monitor and analyze daily reports and quality data

• Develop quality plans and checklists aligned with client and departmental standards

• Collect and evaluate data from audits, surveys, inspections, and feedback

• Identify trends using statistical tools and conduct root cause analysis

• Adapt to new technologies and manage tight schedules

• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills

• Communicate fluently in Kannada and English, both verbally and in writing to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders

Experience:

• 4+ years of overall experience

• Experience in relevant key responsibilities

• Experience in the Government sector is preferable

B. E/ B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ M.Tech/ M.E/ MBA/Any degree with relevant Certifications
