Project Manager (Prematric)
• Develop and manage project plans, including estimating timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring successful project implementation.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project goals are met.
• Prepare detailed requirements documents for new schemes and integrations with government databases.
• Delegate tasks and ensure timely rollout of software.
• Write functional specifications for the development of new modules and APIs, including defining input/output parameters and validation rules.
• Understand educational databases, Aadhar authentication, NPCI mapping and Aadhar seeding and DBT functioning.
• Define and execute testing scenarios and test cases to ensure the portal and new modules meet all requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and propose effective resolutions.
• Perform data analysis on large datasets to generate reports that inform and support decision-making.
• Provide training and guidance to team members and officers (both IT and non-IT backgrounds) on new systems and processes.
• Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills to manage projects from conception to completion.
• Communicate fluently in Kannada and English, both verbally and in writing to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Experience:
• 8+ years of overall experience.
• Experience in relevant key responsibilities
• Experience in Government sector is preferable.
Education Qualification:
B.E/ B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ M.Tech/ M.E/ MBA/ M.Sc or Equivalent courses with relevant certifications
