• Ability to work effectively towards achieving project deliverables within defined timelines and quality standards.

• Support defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Prepare and maintaine comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and status updates.

• Monitor project progress and ensured timely delivery of key milestones and outcomes. • Schedule meetings, documentation, and ensure alignment between stakeholders, developers.

• Coordinate SSO integration with departmental stakeholders to streamline communication and project alignment.

• Organize project meetings, prepared agendas, and accurately recorded minutes for follow-up and accountability.

• Identify potential risks and implemented proactive measures to minimize impact and ensure project continuity.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling efficient multitasking and prioritization

• Proficient in reading and writing Kannada and English, enabling effective communication across diverse user groups

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination and administration.

• Experience in relevant key responsibilities and experience in Government sector is preferable.

Education Qualification:

BE/BTech/BSc/BCA or Degree from an institution recognized by the Government
