Help Desk Executive

B.Sc/B.com or Any degree from the institute recognized by the Government

  • Minimum of 3+ years with the following Skill:
  • UAT and documenting the issues
  • Experience in MS Office is must.
  • Knowledge of Call Center telephony and technology.
  • To answer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer queries
  • Knowledge of Kannada and English is must.
