Cyber Security Support Executive
• 4 Years of experience in IT security operations, support, or network administration.
• Good understanding of basic networking, firewalls, and antivirus systems.
• Hands-on exposure to SIEM monitoring and ticket handling.
• Knowledge of user access management, patch updates, and security logging.
• Familiarity with incident reporting and escalation procedures.
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Provide first level security support and issue resolution.
• Monitor and log security events and alerts.
• Assist in threat and vulnerability reporting.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure patch compliance and system hardening.
• Support the cybersecurity professional team in audit preparation and compliance checks.
