BE (CS&IT)/MCA/B-Tech (CS & IT form any institution by the Government
Minimum of 3+ years of experience with following skills
- Technical Support, hands on experience in identifying the issues and able to produce the traceability
- Technical support experience with System Integrating Company is preferred.
- Support experience need to be on Windows and Linux environment.
- Exposure to reporting & analytics is desired.
