Project Manager(Technical)
• Lead project teams and ensure service-level support for the SSO application. Being the primary contact for SSO, onboard the departments. Coordinate with eGovernance stakeholders, departments, and CDAC technical teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service requests from CDAC and stakeholders.
• Manage teams, resources, timelines, and project execution. communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and escalate issues and support service requests.
• Report directly to the Program Director of the SSO project.
Experience:
• Minimum 8+ years of experience
• Experience in relevant key responsibilities and experience in Government sector is preferable
Education Qualification:
B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/ MBA/M.Tech/ME Or equivalent courses with relevant certifications
