• In-depth knowledge of various government platforms and digital services, ensuring accurate support and guidance for users.

• Ability to quickly understand and respond to user queries with clarity and efficiency, enhancing user satisfaction.

• Experience in managing and delivering computer literacy test training programs, including scheduling, content delivery, and evaluation.

• Strong command over computer operations, including software usage, troubleshooting, and digital tools.

• Proficient in reading and writing Kannada and English, enabling effective communication across diverse user groups.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in teaching/ training.

• Experience in relevant key responsibilities and experience in Government sector is preferable.

Education Qualification:

BE/BTech/BSc/BCA/B.Ed with relevant certifications.
