• Understand requirement of departments for development of new modules and processes.

• Assist operations team and helpdesk team by testing integrated APIs in Postman.

• Ability to address college queries related to CIS login reports.

• Ability to resolve issues based on reports and status hosted in logins.

• Ability to analyse and identify issues in scholarship disbursal.

• Communicate fluently in Kannada and English, both verbally and in writing to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders

Experience:

• 0-2 years of overall experience.

• Experience in relevant key responsibilities.

• Experience in Government sector is preferable

Education Qualification:

B.E/ B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ M.Tech/ M.E/ MBA/ Any degree + Relevant Certifications
