Asst. Business Analyst
1. Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, private sector partners, and end-users, to elicit and document detailed technical requirements.
2. Analyse existing business process and identify areas for improvements and efficiency gains.
3. Leverage your knowledge of digital platforms to propose and design technical solutions that support efficient coordination and management.
4. Define and contribute to quality assurance processes and participate in testing to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements.
5. Requirement Study, Requirements Management and Coordination with development Team.
6. Documentation/Functional & System requirements specification/User manual/ Technical documents preparation and making sure the documents are up to date.
7. Preparation of technical documents by analysing recaps processes, alternatives, user cases and preparation of process flow diagrams
8. Application Testing.
9. Co-ordination with ULB level users for Centralized Applications Operational Support & User Management.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Requirements Documentation.
3.5 years of expertise in specific municipal domain as required by the State.
Education Qualification:
B.Tech / B.E./MCA with certification / specialization in domain Area Desirable- M. Tech.
