Project Manager (Call Centre Management Unit)
• Manage and monitor call center, helpline, or control room operations
• Coordinate with PMU & CCSP for module integration and hosting
• Plan projects, estimate timelines, and track CCSP activities
• Prepare requirement documents and SOPs for call center processes
• Adapt to new technologies and meet tight deadlines
• Conduct root cause analysis and define API parameters
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Communicate fluently in Kannada and English, both verbally and in writing to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
Experience:
• 8+ years of overall experience
• Experience in relevant key responsibilities
• Experience in the Government sector is preferable
Education Qualification:
B.E/ B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ M.E/M.Tech/ MBA/ M.Sc / or Equivalent courses with certifications
